day 48 - ripper

wow. I dont know what it is but I am finding this now totally addictive. its funny - instead of being down about only being half way I am working hard to push myself and get it better and better.
had a great lunch of prawns, pasta and veggies and a huge amount of delicious fruit.....
the workout was also great. had a good session of pull ups - think I did 4 full sets of 8 and I loved the kung fu sit ups - yes - I am still a day out - will be back in synch tomorrow.
just got to go and deal with my random food selection for tomorrow!
loving it dream team - lets crash on

  2. Good on you Nick: it's those happy feelings which seem to come out of the program which can keep you going: ups and downs but more ups now. Keep it going Nick - very positive.
