ok - so I am behind on pictures - they will have to come a little later. I do promise.... I need various weekly pictures and I also need to follow the challenge laid down by george and take some pix of our food.
so today at home - have been super productive at home, moving furniture, washing cars and so on and also did all the shopping for a couple of days, made some great chicken and brown rice and lots and lots of veggies. delicious. still struggling with the sheer amount of food though but just had some beautiful melon to round off the day. next week of course back to work will require some discipline - long hours and taking the food in and I think tomorrow I will be in from 6.30am until 8.30pm which is a lovely thought before coming home to exercise and eat.
exercises were pretty good although harder work today. I know what patrick means - many of these are easy to skimp on a little bit but I try very hard not to cheat myself.
oh - and I am under 109 kgs - which is down over 8 from weigh on....
Hey Nick - keep it up and a BIG yes on the menu sharing. Biggest challenge for me is breakfast. Any and all ideas welcome. Impressed you've lost 8kgs with all the food we're eating: you've probably stacked on muscle as well. Bigger and better (well not bigger hey). Rich
