Day 3

So first day at work - and fine - the half food was manageable. Just having a small portion of a delicious and relatively healthy Indonesian fish curry. Knocked out the exercises after work and whilst feeling a little tight all going ok.
Just getting nervous about being organised next week..... and doing pull ups - I hate them!!!!

  1. Fish curry. Sounds good. Keep it up, Nick! Come on now, HK must have pull-up bars everywhere. I can just imagine all sort of bits to work with mid-levels or something like that or in the parks? Aren't people into gymnastics and such for fitness?

  2. yes george v true but for now trying to work at home or in gym in building to minimise time disruption. so need to find somewhere here to do it or fit one.

  4. Oh - did not see pull ups on the menu - figured they'd come up further in the program. I tried and can do one.. Seriously will be an achievement doing those. Keep it up Nick. Rich
