hi - this will be brief but back in hk and back into it. its great to be back off the road with nothing firm planned for quite a long time.....
anyway - managed to keep it up pretty well whilst away but food was harder. good to do the 1,400 jumps in under 20 mins and finish the whole thing in 36 mins. that will do.
pistol squats are just a disaster.....
the rest was ok if hard but ok.
off to cook up a storm!

36 min, that's awesome! Way to stay on track on the road and glad to know you've got it dialed now that you're back.
