day 18 - hard yards

hi - found food tough again but had peppers as my morning veg and that suited me a lot better. tomorrow am going to get up even earlier and try and have my eggs at home. inspired by aki cooked some lentil dahl - had some for supper - delicious so thats great - looking forward to eating more tomorrow.

felt pretty avg this afternoon - wondered if I had a cold or something coming on - but got home at a decent time, got the exercises done and now have to go and put my pull up bar together!!!!

feeling good over all - yes its step by step. have another hurdle in the way - I have to go to London for a week in a couple of weeks for biz which is frustrating but thats the way it is....

  1. Yes, the traveling you do can make it a challenge to accomplish some things on the PCP, but don't worry, Nicholas. I can tell from your blogs your heart is really into this. And just you wait, when your done, your heart, in fact your whole body will thank you for it.

Remember, there will be average days on the PCP. There will be bad days. And, while theses less than perfect days challenge us mentally. They are usually the best days for us physically because our body is going through the displeasure of changing. Once it accepts these changes--and it will, look out! The good days will be far more consecutive.
